2. Description of Service

Cardtoplease is an AI-powered greeting card creation platform that allows users to:

• Upload photos to generate personalized AI-illustrated greeting cards
• Refine and customize card designs using AI
• Share cards via unique URLs with animated envelope presentations
• Send cards via email to recipients

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits and Payment

Cardtoplease operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 2 free credits upon signup
• One credit generates one card with up to 5 free refinements
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a card
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Cardtoplease a license to:

• Process your photos to generate AI-illustrated cards
• Store your content on our servers
• Display your cards to recipients you share them with

Generated Cards

AI-generated card images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Share cards via the provided shareable links
• Send cards to personal recipients
• Download cards for personal use

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to use
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That AI-generated results will meet your expectations
• Permanent storage of your content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardtoplease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
